On 03/14/08 my mother&son went to purchase a vehical.At this time my mother gave them 500 dollars off her debet card.Myson was not able to provide a check stub,for the finance company.They denided the account.They said sence the information they needed was not provided they kept the deposit.

This client Purchased a vehicle, with his mother, or grandmother, and a few weeks later we received a frantic call, telling us "the the buyer had been shot in a domestic dispute" and was being sent to the hospital, and possibly arrested, and also stated "if we didnt come and get the car we sold to him, it would definately be impounded", they further stated they did Not want to take responsibility for the vehicle, and strongly stated we should come and get the car immediately. With this being said we have many option at our disposal to protect our security interest, this case being the vehicle, accoring to the finaince agreement the customer's signed, we were well within our right to pick up the vehicle, and consider the contract to be in default. Again........ The clients were in default, they had only invested $500 into the down payment on a $8000.00 car, they were not in contro of the car, nor did either of the owners claim the car. even after we paid a recovery company to retrieve our collateral, we had to make a new key, since neither of the buyer's would come to the lot to assist us. So there are several prinicpals here at play, They left the vehicle abandoned, they told us to take the vehicle away, they never claimed the vehicle, they were in default. and they are lucky I didnt seek additional losses, and all of this means nothing, because in some way they think I wronged them............ they need to get a grip on reality...... thank god he wasnt killed............ now I have to deal with this internet garbage, becasue they think by being a squekky wheel, regardless of merit they can convince me to give them somthing they dont deserve.
