At Liberty Ford they are full of s***.
I filled out a credit app online and within five minutes Ryan Codd, the internet manager, called me and said, "You're approved. When can you come in?" After I got there, I looked at a couple of trucks with Bret the salesman and decided on one. We went back in, sat at his desk and he tried to tell me the price on their site was not the actual price of the vehicle, but it was $5,000 more because I wasn't trading in another car. I informed Bret I was quite capable of reading and that is not what the site stated. So after he went to check with his manager to see if he would approve/honor the price on their site, much to his surprise (wink), the manager approved the advertised amount.
Now here's the slap in the face, they couldn't get me approved for a loan even though they guarantee everyone gets approved and after Ryan called me and said I was approved. I told them they were liars and tell people anything to get them to come in.
