This has got to be one of the most rediculous things I have ever read in my life!!!! I would like for someone to explain to me how a website, I and everyone I know has never even heard of, can post this so called complaint on the internet without contacting the person the complaint is being made about. Did Mr. Mull or the people who run this web site ever consider that Liberty Pawn was a victim of deception as well? Probally not. In order for Liberty Pawn to have these tokens in their inventory they had to "buy" them. Not to mention the fact that this happened four years ago and this false accusation is still posted. Again without anyone checking to see if it was even true. As far as the complaint about the BBB, give me a break, there is a reason that the organazation has been around for forever and everyone has heard about it. And no you don't see exact details of a complaint because they won't post something they can't 100% back up. ( people do lie) Why do 99% of major and minor companies have BBB plaques hanging proudly on their walls? HHHMMM.....I have never seen anyone with a rip off report plaque.....go figure!!!!

This issue was resolved immediately after it happened. Mr. Mull was given a full refund. We never heard about this web-site or this report, we just happened to stumble on it four years after the fact. We are a very reputable company and have been in business for over fifteen years. www.bbb.org will back up our outstanding reputation, as we are and have been members for years, including when this issue occured. If Mr. Mull still feels there is a problem perhaps he should contact us, before going on the internet with false accusations.
