Hello! I am new to ripoffreport.com and am just seeing your report from April. I own and operate two Liberty Tax offices in Ohio and can definitely see why you'd be disappointed with the service you received. Please know that this is not the way that the rest of our offices do business! At Liberty, we are so focused on Customer Satisfaction so I'm completely shocked by the service you received. Why would they show you a sample return for Mike and Carol Brady? If you'd like to speak with someone at our Corporate Office, I'm happy to find the right person for you to talk to.
