Liberty Travel Round America LLC BEWARE! Liberty and Round America are deceitful scammers - DON'T USE THEM , Internet
We ordered $20 worth of Statue of Liberty / Ellis Island ferry tickets and were also charged $24.95 'processing fees'. They don't refund anything, so BEWARE. Don't use them if you can avoid it.

Thank you for your report. It has helped build a database of William Michael Windsor's many scams. (He and his family are the ownes of Reserve 1,2,3 and the Round America Scam.)

You should be aware Windsor has a habit of suing, stalking and harassing his victims, or anyone who speaks out about his many scams. He has been declared a vexatious litigant in more than one state, meaning that you and your lawyer would need to know that there are extra regulations he must meet in order to gain permission to sue anyone.
You should also know that Bill Windsor was arrested on the morning of October 29,2014 in Ellis County, Texas (in the courthouse the scene of his latest frivolous lawsuit) on 5 charges (3 are felony) due to his stalking of a victim in Montana. He is currently awaiting extradition to Montana.
You and your lawyer would also want to know that in the Texas case Windsor has been declared a limited public person and therefore must prove that a well meaning member of the public had actual malice in making statements against him.
