Liberty Wireless rip Off stay Away ripoff customer service agents suck very misleading Largo Maryland
I recieved service from Liberty Wireless because of some unfortunate credit problems. I had no problems with them until I decided to upgrade the origninal phone I had. I ordered the LG 1010. Worked fine for about a month then it completly quit getting service. I sent the phone back for a replacement and it took them two months for them to send the replacement to me. I got several different stories from several different reps. When I finally recieved the phone but the phone was a piece of crap. Had no label, looked like it fell off the back of a truck. After a week, it feel apart completely. It was literally hanging on by a thread. I sent that phone back and to this day am still waiting on ANOTHER replacement. I've been told several different stories. After two weeks of not having received this latest phone, I called on it. They told me it was shipped out. I called a few days later and they informed me it was out of stock. How is that possible if the phone was already shipped out? Now they're telling me they already shipped the phone but when I called customer service, the number was changed. The new number they gave me asked me for my phone number and my 9-12 digit pin, but the pins they gave me only has 4 digits. I changed it to 9 digits but it still won't take it and you can't get through to a customer service agent because it hangs up on you if you don't get the pin code right. Now I'm pretty much screwed if I don't get my phone. This company is a complete rip off and have the worst customer service agents possible. None of them speak clear english and anytime you ask to speak to a supervisor they know about as much as the reps do. I'm wanting to further investigate this matter if anyone is interested in helping.
