Complained to Steve Warshak, the owner via email after I could not cancel my order. Couldn't cancle because they have hidden the "cancellation form" somewhere on the web (good luck finding it....has anyone found it?)Also, calling customer service (yea right) and sales department numerous times got me hung up on, yelled at, and told they cannot do anything because they have no computer system.
Steve's reply via email to me after I demanded a refund/ cancellation of my order:
" hey a*****e - i'm tired of bullshit tough-guy accusations and threats - do whatever you feel you need to do but i will personally make sure we cancel your order and you are not charged at all" steve....this came after I threatened going to the Ohio and Missouri attorney general's office and the BBB.
This is the owner of this company? Someone better tell Bob and ESPN that Steve needs a little customer service training.....can't believe ESPN would allow this joker to advertise.
