Life time athletics Fraudulent charges to my account! Skokie Illinois
I tried on numerous occasions to contact this gym. I do NOT have a memebership with them. I authorized my brother to use my debit card for a one time transaction in the amount of $36 to pay some fee for this place. Life time athletics have since then charged my account $111.25 for the past 3 months. These are fraudulent charges as I never authorized them. I called my bank last month and had them cancel my debit card. I also filed a report with them I regards to the two transactions they charged (amount of $222.50 total). I thought that would resolve the issue since I do not and have never had ano account with them, I couldn't have been more wrong. I was just charged again yesterday for $111.25. How did they even get my new debit card information?! My brother was not physically present when I received my new debit card, he hasn't been here with me since May so there is no way my brother has fraudulently provided my information to them. Apparently that doesn't matter because I suppose they will just continue to fraudulently charge my account.
