Lifekey, Berkeley Nutraceuticals ripoff, deceptive billing, unauthorized billing of credit cards, refuses refund. Cincinnati Ohio
This company offers free sample. you pay $4.50 for shipping. What they don't tell you on the phone is that 20 days later they will ship you a 60 day supply and charge you $69.95. And not only that, but once shipped there is no refund.
Their money back policy is only if you buy the years supply, and use it for a year.
Contacted FBI and they sent me to the Secret Service.
Secret Service sent me to the FTC. But did say they will be investigating it.
Will contact the bank and stop payment.
We need to act on this company.
Will also contact Nascar since this rip off company wants to sponser a car. Lets see how Nascar responds to that.

I sent a rebuttal on this scam merchant yesterday called lifekey,inc. I just think that everyone that gets scamed by these crooks needs to notify the federal trade commission at www.ftc.com and file a complaint. I did just that today. I see that these crooks are scamming a lot of people. If enough of us file complaints maybe they will be investigated by the FTC and stopped. As americans we pay high enough cost for intrest as it is to use our credit cards so lets stop these crooks from adding to this.
