I became a customer of Enzyte about six months ago and was relatively satisfied, thinking I could stop my membership at any time. This was a lie!
There is no such thing as 96shoes.com. The number they give to cancel membership refers you to this website that does not exist. So if you can't cancel your membership they don't stop taking money out of your bank account. This is not only bad business but why isn't this unlawful? Who is going to stop this?

I would like to respond to the statement that 96shoes.com does not exist. I also tried the Enzyte product. When I ordered I was made aware of the fact that I would be automatically billed if I did not call or go to the website and cancel. I tried the product for 2 weeks. I decided it was not for me so I decided to cancel. I went to the 96shoes.com website it came up for me on the first try( also before writing this I just tried the website again and it is still working). Just to be sure I also called and after wating for @ 10 minutes someone picked up, they were polite and confirmed my cancellation. I just wanted to let people know that I had a good and honest experence with this company.
