I, like so many others, were taken in by this scam. I gave their 'product' a try and found that it did abosolutely nothing for me. I called well within their 'trial period', 19 days to be exact, to cancel the 'subscription'. 5 days later I received a shipment of a 2 months supply and charged the $69.95. When I called 'customer care' I was told that the my order had been processed and shipped on the very exact day that I had called to cancel my 'subscription'. Amazing. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPED PRODUCT. So I called my bank, Bank of America, and disputed the charge explaining the situation. B of A has refunded the monies these rip-off artist stole. I encourage EVERYONE to do the same. ALSO contact the OHIO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE Division of Consumer Affairs and REPORT THESES GUYS! In My research I learned that they have a massive file on LifeKey, Boland, Berkeley and the various shell companies these guys operate under. FILE A COMPLAINT. LET'S GET THESE GUYS SHUT DOWN. Although I'm sure these cockroaches will appear again. Once they start to multiply you can never be rid of them totally.

Please be advised as a ex employee, This is one of the most unproffesional jobs I have ever worked at I am so embaressed I ever worked for this horrible company, just to let you know avlimil and lifekey have merged, they also sell ogoplex and femos products, when I 1st started at this compant there was only 7 customer care reps, now they have increased due to the # of complaints to the bbb , i am so shoced that this company is still in business you would not believe how much $$$$ they make a day, true enough they are supose to read a disclaimer now, but from my expierience from this company which was at 1st we was not aloud to credit any returns, than when they get to many bbb letters they will credit for a moment but then they will stop they do this constantly, they also do treat there employees like crap, they offer no benifits as well as treat us however they want because most are family related as well but also the owner of the company is steve warshack, there also is no director of established accts , they just laugh at your letters then throw them away with no response, no matter what changes this company makes it will always be illegal and unproffesional

i have never visited this site before but was browsing during our recent snowstorm and decided to look at it. i am shocked at some of the things i've read about the company i currently work for. first of all, michael holigan absolutely does not own lifekey healthcare. no way, no how. he owns a reputable home building/improvment business. his only relationship with lifekey/enzyte is sponsorship dollars for his race team. get your facts straight before throwing around unsubstantiated assumptions. secondly, ALL customers, even the ones placing a 4.50 order , are placed on an established customer program. it IS explained at the time of the order and is also explained in literature that comes with the order. PLEASE read the literature. third, any care reps that do not treat the caller with respect and honesty are immediatly dealt with if not terminated. four, yes the business has moved. as with any business seeing phenominal growth, we moved to accommidate more call reps to better handle the call volume that we are receiving.primarily sales but also our customer care department. five, do not judge this or any other continuous use product after one pill.thats like finding one rotten apple and cutting down the whole tree. one dose of a doctor prescribed antibiotic will not help you either. finally, a question. why did you wait a month to call after that first pill?

I am a ex employee of this awful company, This company is such a joke, first of all let me say that avlimil and enzyte is owned by the same person Steve Warshak also there is no Michael Johnson or Steve Smith there is no director of established accts, thay just tell you that so they can get you off the phone, Believe me its the customer care reps that read your letters, Also the vice president of operations is Jim Teegarden , Also the owners cold hearted mother runs the company because Stevie is to busy in California where his wife is going to school, What they do is for awhile they will give out credits then when stevie thinks he losing to much $$$ he tells them they cant credit anymore, also if you want to get in direct contact with the company the # s 513-791-3978 thats for cust care and 513-791-0034 ext 2005 for Jim Teegarden They also are always changing there location like there hiding something..

I've work for Lifekey for almost 3 months and I cannot believe what people are saying. When I take a call, the first thing people say is I want the free trial offer. I always ask do they know exactly what it does and they say no and some can't even say ENZYTE! It's rediculous! You don't know what it does but you want to order. Anyways, I tell them the charge for shipping and they give out their credit card numbers without problems. After the order is taken I tell them about the established customer program. Half of the people don't even listen. Such idiots. If I gave out my credit card number, I would want to know everything. Then if they do listen and they don't want to cancel or they simply don't want that I tell them I won't take their orders and I shred the order form. If they order on the website they should read up on it. It's not my fault that men call because they can not get an erection or their p***s is too small. Even women call for husbands, fathers, brothers, etc. You don't hear about the call reps. getting violated because men call wanting to jack off because our voices sound lovely. You must love men if you just want to hear the word p***s. Basically nothing is free! If we tell you it's a three month program and you get one month free, evidentally we're going to try and get those other two months to you. Listen when you give your credit card numbers over the phone. Oh yea and to all you individuals who try to rip us off by getting refunds, our conversations are being monitored. Watch out perverts! And read the bottles. All the complaints come from men with ego's obviously bigger than their unfortunate short comings!
