Complaint Review: Lifekey Healthcare - Cinncinnati Ohio

First I would like to say to "Undisclosed" that you are full of it! I am a former employee of Warner Health Care, a sister company to Lifekey, which sells Avlimil. It should be noted that Avlimil uses similar marketing procedures that are causing a lot of problems for consumers. It isn't surprising that both Lifekey and Avlimil are both headed by the same people. They are all family. Steve Warshak is at the top of the pyramid. He is the ultimate scammer. I resent the fact that so many employees of these companies insult their customers by stating that they should read everything, and are stupid if they do not realize that they are being enrolled in a continuity program. During my employment with WHC I had heard reps outright lie to their customers telling them that they could opt out of the continuity program. Or they completely omitted the fact that there was a program at all. The websites are at best vague about the continuity program and are worded in a way that make consumers believe that it is an option, not mandatory. They do not realize until after the charges have been made that it is mandatory and further find out that there is no return policy so they are unable to return the product and are not reembursed the money they lost. This is even worse for those who use debit cards or checking accounts because NSF fees usually result from an unknown charge. Most of us do not have disposable income! It also speaks volumes that these companies feel it is perfectly ok to be rude to their customers on the phone. When a customer is treated disrespectfully it doesn't make them want to continue being customers. This is detrimental to your business. In all honesty if you were selling a product that was really worth anything you wouldn't have to use deceptive business practices. The product would sell itself. And you would have true continuity programs because you would have repeat customers. And if you had repeat customers you wouldn't be rude to them because then you would cause a potential to lose their business. Instead your bosses are getting rich quick by targeting unsuspecting customers and getting their money for at least the first continuity shipment which conveniently cannot be returned or reembursed. And for you employees who are so loyal to these companies you are doing their dirty work while you work for peanuts. In reality the pay isn't too bad. Especially when you take into consideration that you get commission. But think of all the times your pay rate has changed. Yeah, there have been raises but what about when they unexpectedly reduce your hourly rate and reduce commission. It makes it hard to plan for your future. Or make your bills for that matter. It isn't a fair way for a business to treat its employees. It just goes to show you that a disreputable business can trickle down to its employees. Mr. Steve Warshak and his entourage are more interested in the bottom line and they don't care who they take advantage of to line their wallets, not even their loyal employees who defend the dishonesty of thier business. There really are better employers out there. I know because I found one. I am no longer an employee of this company for the simple reason that I couldn't knowingly lie to customers on the phone. I was brain washed by this company for a time but when I realized how unlegit it truly was I found another job as quickly as I possibly could. Good luck to all of you who were scammed. I hope you can successfully bring this company and all its sister companies down and get your money back. And to all you employees out there, good luck finding another job. You will be so much better off!
