The company advertising is deceptive. The product does not do what is advertised. The company automatically bills $69.95 without approval. Company employees will not elevate calls to senior management and basically takes the attitude "you as the customer should have read the fine print".

All I want is a complete refund and for the company to cease from continuing to defraud others.

Enzyte/Ogoplex do work very well, I agree that their return policy and the timing for future shippments is deceptive at best.

I have worked for Lifekey for about 5 months now and I agree that their return policy and the timing for future shippments is deceptive at best. However, the products, if taken as directed are very effective for about 90-95% of the people who take it. Enzyte is a 3 month program so if you don't take it daily for that period of time you won't get the results promised. What they fail to tell the consumer, (and what I, as a call rep made sure my customers knew), is that the continuity shippment isn't sent 10 or 5 days before your supply runs out but 20 days after the order for the trial goes through. Every call rep MUST tell you on the phone about the "Established Customer Program", (auto-ship) if they don't, they get fired. I've seen it happen! Unfortunately my experience is that a lot of people don't listen to you when you tell them about the company disclaimer which is why I always reiterate that if you don't call to cancell you will be sent and billed for future shipments. Apparently you, sir did not listen to the product description or the disclaimer. That would be why you think the product doesn't work. Also as a call rep I have recieved several calls from consumers who were delighted with their results from our products. Please be an informed consumer! Listen when you buy, ask questions, and read ALL your information. Remember the adage: "Let the buyer beware!"
