As with the other complainers, there is an unauthorized billing on my Master Card from 4Enzyte. Telephoning the company (if you can call them that!) resolves nothing! I had prudently canceled from their program at the website, after two and a half weeks. Why?... because the product does absolutely nothing!
The first person who answered said that nothing can be done at that time because their computer system was down. She advised me to try calling hours later. I did call back later and spoke with a man who told me that I would have to FAX a copy of the cancellation print-out from the 96shoes.com site. He gave me a telephone number for the FAX.
Within only a few minutes, I tried FAXing the copy of the 96shoes.com print out. A recording said that the phone number was disconnected. I immediately telephoned 4enzyte.com to confirm the FAX number. It was correct, but now "Oh, the machine isn't working. Try again tomorrow." Tomorrow came and I tried again...."the number you are calling is not in use or has been disconnected." And so it goes. I finally contacted my credit card company so that they can do their own investigation.
