so I ordered some tail lights and headlights from lightlens.com about a month ago. a few days later, my headlights came and all was well. Even thought I checked the box for my items to be shipped together, i figured it was a mistake and my tail lights would be here shortly after since they were heavier and would take long to ship.. about a week later they were still not here so I emailed lightlens.com and asked him if they were on backorder, and if he could send a tracking number if they were on the way.. about a week and a half later, he still hadn't responded so I wrote him once again. I said that I was starting to be worried that he ripped me off and if he didn't respond in 2 business days I would report his company to authorities. He still didn't write back. By this point I started researching this company and many people complained that he was very rude, unethical and never wrote back.. I also heard stories of him ripping people off. I wrote this:

Hi my name is Hollee E*******e, you've heard from me already but have not responded to the two letters I have sent to this company, so I am cancelling my order...

THe only piece of my order that I have ordered is the headlights so I will keep those but I want a refund of 219$ back. The amount of my original order is $250.70, so I paid 26.80 for the headlights and 4.90 for shipping.

The remainder that I would like back is 219$. IF my order has not been refunded by the end of Tuesday, may 8, 2007, I will contact my credit card company and have the money charged back to my account, and I will contact

the FBI Internet fraud department, the Better Business Bureau, and put in any complaints possible on websites against this business. If you cancel my order and refund 219$ it will avoid all this trouble. Thanks!!

Now today he wrote back this:

Your order has already been shipped by the TYC distributor and should arrive

this week so you will look pretty foolish if you go through all your temper

tantrums only to have the package arrive 30 minutes after all your public

complaining.

I wrote back to him that he should consider taking some customer service classes at the local community college instead of being

rude because it will get him further in life. Well my point is he is a very unethical very stupid business man.

I am pro shutting him down. so I would reccomend to anybody to try a different site and if you are a

victim, put your complaints in. I am complaining on every website possible and contacting google to have his

website taken off the front page. It took almost a month and me threatening to get him in trouble for him to ship my item.. how is that right? think about it:) -Hollee
