Lightake was supposed to ship my customers items on November 20th, 2010. The items have been stuck in China since that time. No updates have came since then and they say it is not there problem anymore. They say the shipping company is responsible which is not true. The company is responsible for that product until it is received by the customer. If they need to file a lost package claim they should do that and not say they can't do anything about it. I have contacted them multiple times without any response. I have issued over 45 Claims on PayPal to get my money back to my customers. I have never dealt with a company like this and especially when I have ordered over $4,000 worth of products from there store. I guess I paid for people to act like they care but instead could care less. I wish something could be done to them about this issue but I'm not to familiar with International Law.
