LIN JINRONG Polaris store Ordered hydraulic tent, received cheap ripped tent, definitely not as advertised!
I, like many others on here, ordered a double layer hydraulic tent through the polaris store website. Instead of the nice tent that they advertised, I received a cheap quality, ripped tent in its place! I've sent two emails to the address listed on their store web page, what appeared to be a legitimate web site, but received no response. I contacted Paypal, and then sent an email which they had listed on file for the company, but still did not receive a reply. I then filed a claim with Paypal, and was advised that the seller said if I sent back the product, my money would be returned, but I have to pay return shipping. Well now that I've found this site here, and read about all the comlaints, I am definitely not going to attempt to mail it back! Not only would the shipping cost be pricey, the address listed would be difficult to properly form on the shipping label! Plus, I highly doubt my money would even be refunded, so not only will I be out the money, but I'll have no product at all. At this point, I'll just keep the little ripped tent and turn it into a little reading area for my young grandchildren! I wish I would've researched a bit more before ordering! Lesson learned for sure!!
