We used this company to ship furntiture from Oman to Qatar. We paid upfront and the furnititure arrived months late at the docks. We had to pay all the fees and custom costs to get our things out (They were supposed to do that).
We called to get a refund or even a partial refund, they admitted their mistake but kept making excuses for not giving back any refund. This has been going on for over 7 months and we still did not recieve a refund or any cooperation.
The management is uncooperative and rude. They keep writing us off and daring us to go to court. The law in oman is slow and takes a lot of admin fees. This is a complete ripoff as we have basically paid for the shipping twice over. This company exemplifies the worst in the industry. Do not give your busniess to this company.
