Lincoln Log Homes Of North Carolina Company is deceiving ripoff Kannapolis North Carolina
Lincoln Log Homes Of Kannapolis North Carolina tells you over the phone that you will have a designated selling area where you live. They arrange for you to stay in one of two motels in Kannapolis. They use Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn. The reason they use two different motels is that they have you meet one of their associates at Hampton In and the other associate meets their client at Holiday Inn. This is done so the two people don't accidently meet and discuss their business in Kannapolis.
When you exit the Hampton you will follow the other cliient in another car. This client could live just down the road from you and they don't want that to be known. They tell you have a protected area to sell their homes. The first thing they want to see is the $5,000 cashiers check. They have you get a cashiers check, because they are as good as cash and you can't stop payment on them. One trick you can pull is have someone else sign the check, because they are no good unless you sign them. If this is the case you can stop payment on the check.
They will tell you that their methods of constructing log homes is superior, but I talked to a man that had been through the whole gambit of log home construction. He discovered the best method is the saddle notch.
Lincoln Log Homes uses deceptive business practices. In fact I have discovered that The Linoln Log Homes method of log homes construction is the worst design there is. Do your research and stay clear of Lincoln Log Homes.
