Complaint Review: Linda Lirette - Internet Washington

Linda Lirette took advantage of many people and has had many legal battles where she has cheated, lied and misrepresented the truth.  She has told the world she is homeless, poor, needing help and given that help.  She took money from the State and City where she lived two lives.  One was homeless and one was not, the big issue is that she gained help from the IRS and getting forgiveness in a large tax bill, and took a non collectable status which is given to poor people homeless.  Linda owns a home with her best friend who she said helped her with food and a roof.  Bought medicine and gave her a loan.  At the time she applied for all this help she was living with Chris LaClair and had lots of food, and a nice home which they own.  This also was supported with a job as a Branch Manger of a loan company in Everett, and worked hard as a real estate broker.  The odd thing is that she was telling the government that she is 100% disabled unable to work, or even have a life.  It all was based on a legal action she took on several people.  Her past Condo association , Her Insurance company, and much more.  While getting a $25,000 settlement which she did not feel important to report to the IRS she brags about her knowleadge to get out of Tax's.  She fooled the Judge in Tax Court she saying with a big grin getting into her new car with a handicap sticker.  She was at the Yacht club going boating, in her husbons boat.  Linda injoys a rich life of travel, nice home in a great area, with Bill Gates MSN.   She makes it by complaints and threats of legal actions, she offers in her Branch office, credit repair, ID protection, Tax directions, Offshore assets, she is really a pro in all these things.  She can teach you how to lie in front of a Judge, a Federal Judge, living in her home as a homeless person is not what the IRS had in mind granting CNC to her that is none collectable status, she dos not have to pay, as long as the IRS dos not find out she is Married and living two lives.   Who would get a loan from somone who lies and willing to put it in print, and in front of Judge under Oath.  She won Small claims, and named all kinds of people as stupid and corrupt.  I have been reading about her in the internet, boy for a homeless person she really is doing good, nice to be able to give loans out and make money, help people file taxs and LLC to move assets and protect them from the IRS and State which she is getting help.   Think of it, she earns money giving the earning to her janitor husbon who she has trained to be a Loan Officer, and Real Estate person like her self.  Who hands those out.    Think about it she is out on her boat, selling Real Estate and travel to the Islands, and showing people how to cheat the IRS.  She makes me sick, that she feels that she can lie to gain, hurt long term companies without regard. 

The part that really bothers me is that she is hurting people, she is taking advantage of people who have tried to help her and be good hearts.  She has taken them for refunds, and lie infront of the Judge in small claims if you read her Rip Off reports.  You should look at her Sexual Harrassment legal action which she lost, Her nieghbors, her Condo Association, Her attorney, her Tax People, she has brought many legal actions costing lots of money for anyone to defend.  She thinks that it not a problem to lie, and not pay Taxs.   I was reading about Jerry Adam, Steve Radkie, Jack Halleman, Carl Peterson in that report and wonder how they feel about what she did.  The report can be corrected if your willing to pay, even though Linda Lied in the report and in Courts.  The IRS will look this over some day, and find that her Tax Returns have been filed to avoide paying taxs, and gain from the gifts of fellow man.  

Linda explained to me that she loves being married and how she enjoys Chris having a job with a normal paycheck as a Janitor.  She promoted him to Real Estate Sales and Loan Broker, hard to think of that.  Linda Tax Returns must really tell a story, but with no income they are most likly real simple.  It against the rules at the Irs to reort that you a single and poor and homeless while you live in a nice home with your husbon with a job.  Linda I hope you read this I have look at your web sites and found your court records to tell the same story.  You have lost most of the things you have done, and won only when you lied.  I really want people to not work with you, you are a crook, a tax Cheat, dishonest, person.  Chris you are not better in supporting such acitivity.  People should stay away from you, and in time the truth will come out, but why let you hurt others.  It time to file a real rip off report on you.

I'm a simple man have not gone to school, and Linda hurt me and my friend who worked for FSTN Inc.  He told me what she did and wanted to know what he should Do, I told Jerry Adams that I would write this, he did not want to, he was afraid of her and what she might do to him.   It really hurts to see a friend lose his job, the company shut down, undable to pay for the rebutal.  It sad when somone you care about is hurt by somone who was willing to lie, about a company and actions which they knew was not the truth.  As you already know Rip Off Report dos not look at these and dos not care if they are the truth.  Next time you need a loan, dont go to Linda Lirette or Chris LeClair at Hometown Finace, or follow the tax advise of cheating the IRS, don't listen to them and be carefull of such cheats.
