January 22, 2007:

I bought a "cute Pomeranian puppy" through

http://www.lynspoms.com/

Huge mistake! The "cute puppy" turned out to be an old picture...

right AFTER I paid this woman, she emailed me a picture of what I had bought. It wasn't a cute puppy at all !! It was a grown and clunky dog. I'm not even sure it was a Pom. The dog looked like a Keeshond to me. Or a Keeshond / Pom mix. (Lynspoms' dogs are NOT listed as AKC registered.)

I tried to cancel after seeing the second picture, but Linda (Lynspoms' owner) would not ALLOW me to cancel. She

didn't care if I wanted the dog or not. All she cared about was keeping my money, which she did. All $1,144.00 of it !!!

She gave me NOTHING in return. not so much as a dog biscuit.

Apparently she intended to keep my money and give me nothing.

She has a "no refund policy" which obviously includes keeping money even if there is no sale.

A good breeder cares about the dog's happiness and your happiness with the dog.

Lynspoms doesn't give a whit about the dog or about you.

all she cares about is nabbing every red cent she can squeeze out of you. even if you get nothing in return. Beware !!

March 4, 2007:

PayPal issued me a refund. Please note that

Lynspoms did NOT authorize this refund -- PAYPAL

did. In fact, Lynspoms fought PayPal tooth and nail

anytime PayPal tried to refund my money. She

even faxed them after they closed the case in a last

ditch effort to rip me off.

Of note: I heard from a breeder whose business

name is similar to Lynspoms. She said that many

people confuse the two names and that she has received

several complaints about Lynspoms. Please be fair to

breeders with a similar name. They are not the same

person. I think shady breeders like Linda of Lynspoms

are rare. Thank God!

March 6, 2007:

Evidently, Lynspoms was even willing to LIE

if that's what it took to keep my $1,144.00.

According to PayPal:

The online tracking information provided by

the seller was not sufficient enough to confirm

that the item was shipped to you.

Online tracking information provided by the seller??

Online tracking of what? She never sent me

so much as a greeting card! Even after all the

headaches I went through with this woman, this

last shocked me. Apparently she was willing to

fabricate some fake receipt if that's what it took to

rip me off!

All I can say is thank God PayPal didn't fall for

whatever forged "proof of shipping" she concocted

for them. This breeder is total slime. I feel sorry

for her dogs.

You had my money for a few minutes before I put a freeze on it. Somehow you managed to spend $30 before the freeze. *sigh* Check your PayPal records (if you can figure out how to do that). You are the only "business" I have ever complained about on a public forum EVER in my life. Why would I single you out, if not for the worst business experience of my life? You really should not be in a business that involves love...you'd be better suited as a Repo Man. You know you had no right to keep my money tied up. You could have refunded it at any time. I know this...when there is a PayPal dispute, the seller can refund the buyer's money with the click of a button. You had 2 months to do that, but never did it. You also fought PayPal both times when they started the refund process. You intended to keep my money, even if I got nothing in return. Let it go, Linda. Consider it a learning experience. Next time sell with a little heart. Most people buy dogs for love. A sour experience like the one I had with you doesn't add any love to the owner / pet experience. By the way...for anyone reading this...I tried to take this matter to court prior to the PayPal-forced refund. I had no money left and contacted Judge Judy. Judge Judy's assistant was interested, but Linda refused to appear. Does this sound like a squeaky clean breeder? Maybe it's time for a new vocation, Linda...take my Repo Man suggestion. You're perfect for the job.

LYNSPOMS NEVER RECEIVED ONE PENNY OF JAIME'S MONEY

THE OWNER OF LYNSPOMS...........NEVER, AND I REPEAT 'NEVER' RECIEVED ONE CENT OF JAIME'S MONEY. HOW COULD LYNSPOMS HAVE RIPPED HER OFF, IF THEY NEVER RECIEVED JAIME'S MONEY? THIS IS REALLY QUITE A JOKE, IF LYNSPOMS NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY AT ALL...........THEN JAIME SAYS THAT LYNSPOMS OWES HER $30? JAIME IS THE RIP OFF ARTIST HERSELF.

Linda claims she was "unable" to refund my $1,144.00. I know better. I used to sell on eBay, and I KNOW that every single Paypal transaction includes a button at the bottom that says "Refund". A simple click would have done it. I emailed her instructions, but she refused to refund my money. She claims she saw no button. That's BS. She had 2 full months to refund my money. 2 months! Yet she claims she did have enough time. Think about it. Who's lying? Paypal initiated the refund process after the first month and Linda jumped in and stopped it. Does this sound like someone who was trying to refund my money? She repeated the same behavior the following month...Paypal initiated a refund again...and she jumped in like a bat out of H*ll yet again. This time Paypal gave me the refund anyway. She still owes me about $30. She managed to spend that in the few minutes that passed before I put a freeze on the money. I don't expect to ever see that money, but at least I got the bulk of my money back. We ended up buying a very sweet, cute little Pom from someone else. We are very happy with her. After the experience I had with Linda, we were also very cautious, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience, and we love our little dog. In contrast, my experience with Linda was the worst business experience I have ever had. She showed me 2 pictures...one of a cute little puppy, and one of a dog that hardly resembled the first picture. I phoned her within minutes trying to cancel the transaction. She HUNG UP on me. As I said, she doesn't care about the prospective owners. She doesn't care if you love the dog you buy from her. ALL she cares about is nabbing and keeping every last red cent she can from you -- even if you get nothing in return. Linda, if you really cared about your business, you would treat your customers better. It would have been different if I had accepted the dog and tried to return her months later, but I called you within MINUTES. You had no right to keep my money when I got nothing in return. Paypal knew this, which is the only reason I ever saw that money again. Buyers beware of Lynspoms.com

This woman only changed her mind and then tried to blame it on me. I did everything I could to get her refund. I did NOT try to keep her money. She had other people that I have never heard of, file false accusations about my business. People who have never met me, or seen my dogs, or my facilities. She just changed her mind and was very vindictive in her responses. Hateful person, and God will see through the lies. I have many references and satisfied customers, and if anyone is curious........please ask me. Thank you! God Bless. Linda

Buyer not realistic

I tried to refund the payment to this Bogus buyer. She did not give me any time to do so......when I tried, I was unable to, as she had already put her payment into rebuttal mode (REFUND BUTTON WILL NOT FUNCTION AFTER BUYER DOES THIS) This was her fault, not mine. I also have a buyer/witness for this, and I will have her submit her comments.
