I am only responding to help this customer and future customers find the right path to solving any problem they may have with an item purchased from lindas_camera_world on ebay. I will post no follow up to the comments made by the owners or representatives of this site. I request the company contact information obtained and posted without our permission, be removed. I request my comments be posted as written, an additional copy of this post in its original form can be seen at: lindas-camera-world.com/ro996.htm I didn't steal anything from this buyer, they purchased 2 quality cameras from me, and I sent them to her. I included a 1 year warranty on the purchase. The 1 year manufacturers warranty is valid on the items, and all comments about the manufacturer are false. The warranty info and contact email addresses and phone numbers are valid and posted right in our ebay store; stores.ebay.com/Lindas-Camera-World/About-SVP.html stores.ebay.com/Lindas-Camera-World/1-Year-Manufacturers-Warranty.html She claims I would not refund her, but the purchase was not refundable; Here is a copy of the return policy she agreed to; Item must be returned within: 7 Days Refund will be given as: Exchange Return policy details: This item may be exchanged for any other item listed in our store as BIN provided the item is returned to us in the same condition it was received. If you wish to exchange an item you must contact us before returning the item. The full amount of your winning bid may be applied to the price of the exchange. Items received damaged or non-functioning will be returned to manufacturer under the included 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Finally, the item purchased was not poor quality; the item has over 250 positive feedbacks on my ebay site last year. We will let our over 18800 satisfied positive feedback leaving customers over many years on eBay speak for how we do business. The owners of this site require us in all rebuttals to also '...explain why there are so many Rip-off Reports where consumers claim they are being victimized by you or your company.' First of all, we didn't 'victimize' anyone. We also don't know what 'so many' reports are, we now see 5 (which includes this one), if there are any others we would like to know about them and we will respond when and where it is appropriate. We have completed over 20,000 transactions on eBay, human errors sometimes (although rarely) occur, but no one here would knowingly and intentionally 'Rip-off' anyone, and to say so is absurd and probably liable. Additionally, we have a very high satisfaction rate on eBay (98.9% as of this post). There's no rip-off here other then this 'rip-off website' misleading honest customers by trying to reinvent what the time proven feedback system on eBay establishes, and polite and direct communication between buyers and sellers accomplishes.
