Me an my wife got a newer car from them in May of 2018. Ever since we got it from them it has been in the shop for one thing or another. Right after we got it we noticed a noise in the front end. Got ahold of the service shop they looked it over.

They finally figured out that it was the front left axle. So they replaced it noise was still there. Went back to the shop this time they say it's the struts. Replaced the struts and again the noise is still there. In between all this happening the engine light come on with random misses.

Took it back to the shop where it cost me $400.00 to get new spark plugs an they put something on the struts. Car is still cutting out an noise is still in the front end. Would not recommend them to anyone.

STOP Going To A Dealer For "Service"!

 This car is not under warranty, is it? Find yourself an experience independent shop and get your work done there! When you go to a dealer for "service", you open the door wide to be price gouged, very poor customer service, fraud/deception and EXACTLY what you are encountering: Incompetent PARTS CHANGERS who are claiming to be mechanics! Get out of that place and take your car to a REAL shop with REAL MECHANICS!
