I don't know who this guy is, but he sounds like a disgruntled ex employee. I didn't see a signature?
I personally have a lot of dealings with this company and am very happy with them. I know that isn't what you want to hear on this website, but it happens to be true. They do what they say and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I will continue to do business with them in the future whenever I need Title services. Keep up the good work.

First, the title of this report seems excessively inflammatory to me. To include the words INTERNET SCAM - in all caps, no less - in the title is way above and beyond the scope of the actual complaint. I found this site through an internet search and that title appeared in the results' blurb front and center. Once I arrived at the site, however, I found it wasn't what this report was about at all.
Secondly, I've actually followed the links posted by the husband in his subsequent comment and they are all nearly irrelevant. Three of them do actually apply to Linear Title, but the newest of those is several years old. I haven't located anything more recent than that in my searching. The other links are all regarding Amerisave. Amerisave used Linear Title as their title company for his mortgage; they are not the same company. I find it very misleading that he would post about the two interchangeably. I also can't locate any more of the "hundreds" - sorry, "HUNDREDS" - of reports that have been filed against them. They all seem to be the same one or two incidents re-posted over and over again by sites that just scan for reports like these.
I've worked with Linear Title personally and have found them to be generally pleasant and accommodating. I understand the couple who filed this report had an unfortunate experience with them, whether through Linear's fault or Amerisave's, and I'm not trying to downplay that. To escalate their experience to the level of an "internet scam," however, is just wildly exaggerating. This isn't a rant to your friends and family; it's intended for public display and an effort should be made to present the facts as they happened.

The response by Linear Title/Amerisave is false. Linear Title and Amerisave have serious issues. The statement of my wife and I is one of hundreds of reports in Google about these companies. Here are but a few. If there was one or two reports , that would be one thing but when there are HUNDREDS of reportswell- where there is smoke , there is fire..Read on:
