Lions Gate Consulting Snagged by Stupidity ripoff New York New York
I too received one of those bright green postcards. Free money? OK. I'll check it out.
I have been taken for a ride before, so I was wiser this time. The CSR of course was very eager to help, help himself to my bank account number, which raised my alarms.
"Before I do" I said, "Please tell me a little about the
history of your company" "How long have they been around? What types of programs do you have? Can you explain the process? What is the company philosophy? How many people have you helped?"
Would you believe the answer was "I don't know. I'm new here. I don't have that information, I need to talk to my supervisor. I know nothing about this company, I just work here."
WHAT?! UNACCEPTABLE! I have trained CSRs. All CSRs are given some background about the company and some vital stats for callers, should they ask, callers(like me) tend to get suspicious of people who stumble and bumble.
Lastly, I would not trust my money to a company who has hired anyone that inept. If they can't judge people. well forget my bank info.
