I ordered 3 different items on the website www.liquidationchannel.com  2 of them were Tanzanite-Diamond rings with platinum overlay on silver.   The other was a pair of Tananite-Diamond silver pierced earrings. All together had an MSRP valued at $629.00  I paid a total of 126.99 with shipping.  When they arrived I could NOT see the diamonds on ALL the jewelery I ordered, even with my glasses on!!   And the tanzanite looked very cloudy.   Of course it looked very different on their website--  very sparkly & real----which inticed me to buy all the pieces to begin with.  So after taking a close look at the rings & earrings, I decided to take the jewelery to Zales, a famous diamond jewelery store & have them appraised.             

  Well, I'm glad I did that--    the appraiser there said those "diamonds" were just diamond dust.    And he said the tanzanites were very poor quality.   Altogether, for the 2 rings & earrings--    the appraiser said it was worth about $89.00.  A lot less than what I actually paid!!   And TONS less than the liquidation channel's MSRP!!   So I called the liquidation channel & they told me there were no returns on the items sold.   I told them the problem & all they said was---   "We don't care what other retail jewelery stores say!!   BUYER BEWARE---   this company-- what you see IS NOT what you get!!  And they LIE about the MSRP--   BIG TIME!!

I respect your statements about the items you recieved fron the liquidation channel-     but that in no way negates mine.      And what about all the other complaints here about them, and the complaints filed with the BBB!! I didn't even get diamonds in my jewelery--  I got DIAMOND DUST!!!   :-(   And the gemstones were NOT SPARKLY at all, they were very cloudy- low grade! Their jewelery does not look like the advertisement!! And I understand what MSRP means--- and who am I going to trust?? An online business that gets most of their items from China, or Zales, a trusted jewelery & diamond store who's been in business for a VERY LONG TIME?! I know Zales is expensive, but the "retail price" claimed by the lquidation channel was very exagerated to make you think you're getting very fine pieces!! Even my friend, who's a gemologist, said the liquidation chennel sold me "junk"--and hence the very low price!! Sorry, but for ME & hundreds of other people, we will NOT GO BACK to buying from the liquidation channel again!!

I love Liquidation Channel!  I order rings from them all the time. There were two times that I recieved items that were  damaged during shipping but I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me through email a printable prepaid return label and were very nice.  I was refunded as soon as they recieved the rings back. Many of you complain about the MSRP on an item but you don't even understand what it is. It's not necessarily what The Liquidation Channel is stating the piece is actually worth at the moment that you are buying the product, it is what the MANUFACTURER that MADE the  product is suggesting you could sell the item for, which is why it is called the MANUFACTURERS SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE.  Now do you get it?  It's not Liquidations suggested retail price, but the manufacturers suggested retail price. This is common practice in ALL retail. So stop complaining about the MSRP when you don't even understand what it is. Also, for two solid 925 Sterling silver rings with tanzanite and a pair of Sterling silver tanzanite earrings, $126.99, and that includes the shipping, is a pretty darn good deal. What are you expecting for that price?  If you minus the shipping, I think it's usually around 2.99 per piece, let's just say $10.00, you're now down to $116.00. Divide that by 3 and what have you got, about $39.00!  So what are you complaining about?  Two solid 925 Sterling silver tanzanite rings for $39.00 each and a pair of solid 925 Sterling silver tanzanite earrings for $39.00, too. Oh, and don't forget about the Platinum overlay on the silver, that's not cheap, either. So, good luck trying to find that deal anywhere else. I'm starting a small jewelry business of my own and trust their product so much that I will be carrying their rings in my store  

Every ring I've recieved is as good a quality as HSN, QVC, SHOP HQ and JTV because I shop them all. Of all of them, though, Liquidation Channels prices always beat them!  And, every once in a while they send me a free gift for being a good customer. I recieved a Sterling silver necklace and amother time they sent me a hanging jewelry organizer!
