Complaint Review: Lisa Mcintosh - Charlotte North Carolina

The fact is that Lisa Mcintosh asked for Loans in the amount of $27,000 at 6% interest. She has not repaid the Loan. There are no web sites nor were they ever any that were beyond the "free site templates" on Tripod. Lisa Mcintosh made $6000 in payments on the loan and then stopped paying. The only reason I would like her address is so that she can be served with a petition as we are suing her for her fraud. At present she owes almost $27,000 in pricipal and interest on this loan. I am in the phone book and have nothing to hide. I have never been charged, investigated, or arrested in my life. I have never bounced a check or not paid any bill or loan. My company has existed since 1975 without a single lawsuit filed against us, nor a complaint filed with any government or civil agency. Lisa Mcintosh owes this Corporation the balance of that loan and 6% interest on it. She has attempted to create a smear campaign to draw attention from the only issue in this entire matter. She made a loan under false pretense and has not repaid it. Ask her to show the proof that she has repaid the loan. I have the cancelled checks and the money orders in her own hand that clearly state, "LOAN PAYMENT". Most sincerely, President Penumbra Photos and Security Inc.

Armand J. Richardson of Penumbra Photos 79 Parc Place, Mandeville, LA offered me the opportunity to appear on a website he was having created which would include jazz pictures, (as a matter of fact, I built this site for him email me if you would like the link), simulated lady wrestling, a wedding website to post his wedding photography on (which I also built- email me for the link) and other types of artwork. After doing a photo session with him, he took between eight and ten rolls of film and I was only allowed to see 7 of my pictures after they were developed and then after waiting and waiting for the site to go up was told over a YEAR later that the other rolls of film were "test" shots and could not be used on the site. This news came ONLY after this loan had taken place. To date, $4,000.00 dollars has been paid on this loan by me and will be glad to show anyone who writes me the receipts. This loan was made with the understanding that ALL monies on this loan would be paid back by the SALE of my pictures on the Penumbra websites. Had I known this would not be the case, this situation would have never happened. This photographer after making this loan went on to claim that he could not put up a website because he had made a loan to me. He then went on to claim that the girl in Hawaii building his site needed a $2,000.00 dollar computer and he could not afford that because of making a company loan to me. To date, I will state again $4,000.00 has been paid on this loan and two websites have been constructed by me for Penumbra Photos. Armand J. Richardson of Penumbra Photos stated he could sell my pictures on his sites and both of us would make good money. It is Armand J. Richardson who lied about getting a site put up, led me to believe my pictures would sell on his site. During the course of this, Armand J. Richardson began pressuring me to move to Mandeville, LA where he resides to work in his business and and wanted me to move in with him, marry him and have a family. I was constantly pressured on this issue. He also began calling my home sometimes 10 to 15 times a day and if he could not reach me would leave messages demanding I call him. He also became obsessive and accusatory if he could not reach me and would accuse me of all kinds of things when he did reach me. He also took out a health insurance policy on me and FRAUDULENTLY told the insurance company, he was married to me and also claims in his aol profile that he was formerly engaged to me. That is a LIE. I have never been this man's fiance. He is delusional. He failed at pressuring me into what he wanted, and has now begun to plaster me all over the internet with his lies. He also recently wrote me an email and threatened me with what happened to Robert Blake's wife over this loan. I can produce this and it can be authenticated by aol by the time it was sent and IP address. He also recently forwarded me emails telling me what happened to a girl he was recently seeing. He claims she "beat" him up one night. He also forwarded me her emails where she states "he" beat her so bad she was tasting blood and asked for an ambulance and he would not call one for her stating he did not want to go to jail. I can provide this person's email and other information for verification. He also brags this girl will not go to the police because she is wanted by the police. In another email Armand J. Richardson of Penumbra Photos sent me, this girl writes she thought ARMAND J. RICHARDSON was going to RAPE her. I can produce and forward this email and it can be verified by the IP address. Armand J. Richardson also sent me a nude picture of this girl he took the night this happened. He will deny he did this to cover himself but the email, time it was sent and IP can all be verified by AOL. I would like to ask anyone who owns a business and is a photographer, is behavior of this nature normal? Would I be wise in giving him my personal information now that my life has been threatened and he has beaten a woman up? Once again, he IS receiving payments on the loan and has two sites built by me and still continues to display this type of behavior. He has called me a fraud and con artist. My answer to that is frauds and con artists do not pay on loans or continue to work for the person who made the loan as I have. I will point out a few things in closing: 1) This loan is being paid off. 2) The websites Armand J. Richardson wanted created by me have been created and still are in production but ARE online. 3) Had Armand J. Richardson used the pictures he took of me in the first place and put them on his site, all monies would be paid back in the way it was initially agreed upon they would be but he waited almost two years to tell me the 8-10 rolls of film he took were "test" shots but yet I have never been allowed to see them. 4) Armand J. Richardson of Penumbra Photos has accused me of being a fraud. In answer to that, I am no fraud and no con. 5) It would appear that this man is dangerous and delusional. If he reads this, he will of course deny this. Email me for information on the girl he attacked. 6) Armand J. Richardon demands a telephone number and address for me. The reason for that he is so he can attack or carry out his threat against me that he made in reference to Robert Blake's wife. 7) When Armand J. Richardson had my telephone number, as I stated above, I was constantly harrassed and he admits to having me followed. 8) Normal business practices would dictate with a loan of any nature to anyone of course an address and phone number would be mandetory but in my situation this man has become dangerous so his payments are sent to him every two weeks and he can contact me online for messages.
