I joined listia in Aug 2014, after winning several auctions and seeing items i was interested in, i started accumilating credits.

Shortly after my last auctions which depleted my credits, i bought 200 dollars worth of credits, which was around 180,000 credits, i bid on a few items and the very next day my account was suspended, and then i emailed them,

then they perminatly suspended my account cause they said i had multiple accounts which is incorrect, my dad has one he has been a member since lie 2010 or so, he lives in another town, my son also has one and he lives in another town yet they say that trhey are mine.

  Each account had a different email attached to it, each account had a different mailing address, and heres the kicker, each household is able to havefour accounts per household but only one account per computer, and adresses can be linked to four accounts.

whats with that yet they say i have multi accounts. what kind of policy is this?

and my fathers was under [email protected] he lived in Riverbank and yes you had accounts under these emails you just banned them cause you said they were all one person and you are wrong. if these accounts are not restored we will seek legal action against you.

and if your talking about the chris95367 account that belongs to my 18 year old son and he use's it to bid on video games.

It appears the account in question received a full account suspension due to an account already being opened by this person. Our site terms state that users may only have one account. This can be found in our site terms, a link is provided below.
