Complaint Review: Listia - Internet California

I've had problems off and on w/ Listia in the past. But, nothing like this one. I finally did get my credits back from this person. But it is the principal about it. And all of the other people that they have scammed and robbed. I need help in getting this person off of Listia.com and off of Paypal. ASAP.

Both were for a Punk Chain Feather Leaf Tassels Dangle Ear Cuff Warp Clip Earring. I had planned on paying for them until this person. Whom I later found out through speaking w/ other people that she had stolen money from w/o sending anything to was not a female but was a male.

This person started blowing up my message box as soon as the auction ended. And if they are from Sri Lanka they do not sleep. Because the time difference is they are 10:30 hrs behinds us. So, they would have been sending that first few messages out in the a.m.

She sent me threatening messages too. She threatened with bad feedback and she lied about sending the necklace. I had sent her the shipping money because I believed her lies. I waited and waited. Then I opened a Paypal dispute and wrote an extremely threatening message for the dispute. I said that I was going to report her to Listia and do everything I could to get her banned. I also wrote about the person who she cheated. This person bought a bracelet from her that was never sent. Then she saw it relisted. I had that in the dispute message. She finally sent me the necklace. I wouldn't pay her. She wasn't going to send me the necklace until I threatened her on Paypal. I was a very stern message and I scared her. I warn people about her now. She is bad news. I recommend blocking her. You should see if you can send her messages to Listia. Maybe you can get her banned. I hope that it works out for you. I did finally get the nail art!! It took over a month! and yes, she blew my email up too. I got duplicates of the same emails all the time. All I can say is I will not bid on international items anymore and If you wait long enough, your item will probably come too.

First I think she may be a he.. I just assertained that from the demeanor of the messages. I also assertained that the person doesn't speak good english & is NOT living where they say. I think it is a man. I believe he is either Mexican or Indian. Reason" He was obstinate & boligerant when I became very aggressive about him not contacting me again! I then told him. I would Block him & submit a request for a refund. State these reaasons as the reason you wish to have a refund. Also mention that faithsl has been reported for harassemt &

As you can see the evidence I have is extensive. It all started 15 minutes after the auctions closed. Which would have been 1:14 am in Sri Lanka. and continued all through the night. It appears to have been going on at times for 24 hrs. This person continues to steal money from people does not send the items they have won. The lowest that they charge for shipping is $4:25. So, it appears that she is even breaking your rules in overcharging. The normal shipping for a ear cuff is $1.00 I checked.

All you have to do that is if you will. I s look at her acct. and see for your self just how many people have posted that they have not gotten their items from this person. And I hope that you will agree w/ me like the others that I have sent above that this person needs to be removed from the site permanently. It is people like this that is destroying Listia. And if something is not done about it this site is going to be in trouble.

I also have a business acct. w/ Paypal and I have already made them very aware of this person and where they are scamming people from.
