Listia Ripped me off Mountian View California
I have been having trouble with this site for over a year. I sell items and buyer say they don't get them but they do and the MODs will alwyas rule with the buyers never the sellers. I lost over 156,000 credits because someone lied and said they never got an item and tracking showed they did but listia says they did. You email the MODs and they tell you to bad they buyer is right not you. And when you ask for a phone number they say no can't give you that. And when you buy the credits they say if you get out bidded right away we will refund you the money they don't. The MODs have very poor customer service. I have called the BBB in San Jose Ca and made a report too. right now my credit balance sits at -178,000 because of poor service and tell me too bad sorry about your luck and they will take the credits from you also. They have a lot of fake acutions on there and when you give the seller a chance you get ripped and listia will let it go and reward the seller the credits.
