I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CONCACT ME. I HAVE ALL YOUR THREATS IN WRITING AND ON THE NEWS! PEACE

I JUST SAW THE RESPONSE TO MY RIP OFF REPORT REGARDING CHARLES HARPER. I CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY JOHN FORUM, ESQ AND HE IS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF ANY INFORMATION IN THIS REPORT. MR. HARPER IS ONCE AGAIN A LIAR. NOW HE IS ACCUSING ME OF BEING MENTALLY UNSTABLE, AND AN ALCOHOLIC.

 I HAD THE NEWS MEDIA COME TO MY HOUSE AND DO A STORY ON MR HARPER AND HIS COMPANY. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME PER HIS LETTERS LIES. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME, EMAILED ME OR TAKEN ANY LEGAL ACTION. AS A MATTER OF FACT, HE HAS BLOCKED MY CALLING AREA FROM EVER CONTACTING HIM AGAIN. CHARLES HARPER HAS ONCE AGAIN TYPED UP A FALSE REPORT AND IS A LIAR AND A CON ARTIST. NOW HE IS USING ATTORNEYS NAMES AND MAKING FASLE ACCUSATIONS BECUASE HE GOT CAUGHT AND HIS COMPANY WAS SLANDERED ALL OVER THE NEWS MEDIA! SO KEEP EM COMING CHARLES. I HAVE AN ATTORNEY TOO!

We have a case legal case pending against Stephanie Anne Cusic who happens to be one of our competitors predators. She has called everyone and harassed those using threats of violence and profanity. Many time we have ask her to stop calling, we have called the police on her several times, and they have made several reports. We now have retained an Attorney who will be handling our case. Below is the letter we sent to her. She still has not responded back. Court dates are being set to discuss the slander and false accusations she has made all over the internet. Stephanie Anne Cusic is not to be trusted below is some info on what we found out is her medical condition. You may find it interesting that sick people can also make up lies on companies that are not true. Buys please beware of this person, not to be trusted.

Re:  False and defamatory statements made online by Stephanie Anne Cusic to Charles Harper regarding client suffering from daily phone harassments and violent threats due to her medical condition and violent alcoholic rage.    

Dear Stephanie Anne Cusic:

We represent Charles Harper in connection with the above-referenced matter.  Stephanie Anne Cusic, its directors, officers, agents, employees and assigns are hereby warned and notified to CEASE AND DESIST making false and defamatory statements regarding Charles Harper and its ongoing matters with Stephanie Anne Cusic.

It has come to our attention that false statements were made by Stephanie Anne Cusic. Stephanie Anne Cusic had become very upset when she realized that she was in default with her student loans, when Charles Harper informed her that there was nothing that can be done in her situation. Stephanie Anne Cusic at that point started becoming very hostile. For several days Stephanie Anne Cusic has been constantly calling Charles Harper harassing him telling him if he does not help get out of default she will start to make up lies about Charles Harper and the company. A Report has been filed under false pretenses by Stephanie Anne Cusic online.

The statements made by Stephanie Anne Cusic regarding Charles Harper are false, defamatory, constitute tortious interference with business, and as such, are actionable under Florida law.

If our client is forced to commence a lawsuit against Stephanie Anne Cusic in order to stop continued false and defamatory statements, be advised that we will seek recovery of all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred herein as a result.  While we certainly hope this is not necessary, we are prepared to pursue whatever avenues are necessary on behalf of our client to stop the continued false and defamatory statements made against Charles Harper by Stephanie Anne Cusic.

My counselor knew her topic, placed me on a conference call with the loan servicer, and interjected when I didn’t have the answer. I really appreciated Literacy Repair Services help with our credit card debt, and I was confident to approach them about my student loan debt as well.
