Complaint Review: Literacy Repair Services - Internet

These are false accusations created by our competitors to create the illusion that they are a fraud company. They mention getting text messaged by Charles Harper, we don’t even use texting for our company. This here is a case of False and slander remarks that are untrue. Whoever this is we know what you’re trying to do. Please don’t believe anything g this person has to say as they are too afraid to come out and show their faces. We have our Lawyers on standby for when you decide to call us, which we know you and this is a fake. Just so everyone who is reading this knows, that you can make up anything about anyone on here doesn't mean it's true. We will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

My counselor knew her topic, placed me on a conference call with the loan servicer, and interjected when I didn’t have the answer. I really appreciated Literacy Repair Services help with our credit card debt, and I was confident to approach them about my student loan debt as well. I have a friend that I will be passing LRS’s information along to.

My counselor was extremely helpful on a conference call with my loan servicer to get my loan consolidation expedited. It was a great relief to negotiate payments that are manageable for my income.

The counselor was excellent! I appreciated the honest appraisal of my student loan situation. She was courteous, professional, and extremely competent. She was straight-forward and laid out my options in a precise manner. I am extremely impressed by the service that LRS offer.

I just had my fill of Charles Harpers B.S. He pretty much did the same thing to me today. He contacted me in October, 2014,,,,stated he was a loan advisor. Something was off about him. I did not trust this man. I informed him that I would be working with another loan agency and HE FLIPPED! Told me he was going to use all my personal info against me. He was going to ruin me financially. Called me a stupid fat a** American. He is a fruad, a rip off scam artist and he needs to be STOPPED!
