I am a victim of Litton Loan Servicing and C-Bass, there are others locally to Buffalo and for the rest of New York State.
We need you to be seen and heard Now!
I am looking for LOCAL VICTIMS of Litton Loan Servicing as potential witnesses and moral support for the hearing.
It has been scheduled for May 20, 2004 9a.m., Thursday for a local couple, the Mercer's who are fighting to keep their home.
If anyone from the Buffalo and Erie County areas or Rochester, Monroe County sees this please come to the Buffalo Court House located at 50 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY, the Ninth (9th) floor, Part 35, Judge Sedita 9AM.
Also if there is anyone who has had problems with Chase Manhattan or Aames, please come, this is a chance to show how many of us victims there are.
These are not isolated incidents, but a nationwide problem, and we need to be heard, every little bit helps.
