Thank you Diane from Ohio, It is nice to see that we are not alone in this mess. Yes God has been on my side we have pulled ourselves out of the ruble and now have a nice house. I am also working with a law firm based in California that has an office in Nashville. Hopefully we can stop them from TAKING ADVANTAGE of people the way they are. I firmly believe that what you soe so shall you reap ten times fold so look-out Kyle because what you do to people and even if you are a small part of that, it will come back to bite you in the #$%! To Kyle from Chicago, Don't judge unless you are flawless. I am not some hick from the sticks. I grew up in Chi town and I always paid my bills, and during a time of job transfers there was no insurance. So don't judge me because my son slipped and fell at the wrong time. I was willing to pay Litton for my house but THEY would not work with me for 1 late payment, That I believe they wanted to turn into more late payments on purpose because they thought they were getting something. Well the houses didn't sell for much and whomever they had appraiing things needed to have thier eyes examined. It is a matter of puplic record so find out how much they sold the houses for and got back, for putting me through hell. Well what you soe you reap. Jill

This is for Mr. Insensitive: how dare you sound off to this poor woman, her family and the rest of us victims. Do you have any idea how many people are out there with this same situation. It is not just Litton Loan, but many others. I think it is time you do some research Kyle, start checking some of the other sites for predatory lenders like Ocwen, Household Finance, Fairbanks, and more than I can count. You take the time to pick on a woman, shame on you and the rest of your kind. By the way since you seem to have no problems and everything is hunky doorey who are you with or RATHER WHO DO YOU WORK FOR? Sounds like you are on the far side, with your head in the clouds and one of those people who thinks corporations are always right. What about Enron, and the rest of them Household Finance and Fairbanks made big settlements to prove they are right, guess like you said "it's always the mortgage companies fault, right". In this case it is. That is why they supposedly paid the victims off, to keep the truth from coming out in a jury trial. Then there are those sweet law firms that manipulate the laws to take advantage of us, hope someday all of you and your cronies feel the crunch. Then there is the old saying there are 2 sides to the story and what really happened. So why don't you go some where else to post maybe on the stock boards, us victims want no part of your nasty and rude opinions. God is on our side and he is watching and waiting for things like you. This is for Jill from Scotts Hill, TN I will say a prayer for you and your family that God bless you with this change for the better someday. Keep telling your story you are not alone and stop by the [DELETED], [DELETED], we would love to have you as a member and friend.

That sounds like a horrible situation but you signed a contract to make pmts on the home. What are we suppose to do give you a free house because your husband lost his job. Pay your bills and you won't go into foreclosure. Millions of customers are happy with the service, at least the responsible ones that now what the are getting into when signing their note. you even claim that you filed chpt- 13 twice and then chpt 7 but yet it's all the mortgage company's fault right!
