Litton Loan Servicing Huge late fees and numerous phone calls Houston Texas
I have been a customer of Litton for about two years and never missed a payment up until I was laid off in February. I was one day late and the phone calls started. Sometimes several calls a day. I managed to make my payment before months end and they charged me over $160.00 in late fees. That was excessive but it doesn't end there.
I contacted them and stated that I would not be able to make the March payment until April because I am still unemployed and my wife is scheduled to start a new job in April. They said fine that they would make a note of it. The next day the phone calls started again- every day and sometimes several calls a day from persons who were less than cordial. They have made me feel like I am some kind of criminal.
I am a teacher and professional with two college degrees and not an idiot! I want satisfaction, and would love to hear from others who have been victimized in the same way as me. I did not choose to be laid off but Litton has made me feel that it was all my fault and that I am some kind of deadbeat.

This is for Donald, Colorado, Kathy, Montana, and Peggy, Louisiana YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Each of your stories have been done to thousands of people across this country. Litton Loan and their brothers, Ocwen, Fairbanks, GMAC, Household Finance, etc. are nothing but collection agencies and treat us all like scum. They should all take a look in the mirror. There are many support groups out there and our numbers are growing, check out the sites here at RipOff, search on those companies, our voices are being heard. With God's blessings soon our voices will cry out and be heard, there are many angels on our side, like Kewku Hanson in CT, and the others from open forums like contifairbankssucks.org, MSFRaud.org & yahoogroups, stoplittonloannow, Mortgagefraud victims. None of us are alone in this fight, it is not easy but the numbers are growing, people like you and me are speaking out, soon our voices will be so loud that they have to hear us. Do not give up, fight for the right to keep not only your homes, but your lives and for the future of the children.
