Litton Loan Servicing Litton Loan a rip-off of every known form to man refuses to work out a solution to not forclose Houston Texas
Once again my story, or rather horror story of Litton Loan begins, when our loan was sold off to Litton Loan by Decision One Mortgage, Thats where our troubles began, my husband lost his job in November of 2003, we fell behind in our payments, and once again they sent these letters stating they would help us avoid foreclosure, but they did not say how, then they put us in contact with a person named Derrick Durand, so called foreclosure person Dept. etc.
What a Joke!!!! When I tryed to call explain the situtation begging them to work with us to set up some kind of repayment not only did they add attorney fees also some kind of other hidden fees we could not possibly afford in ou situation, needless to say it was sent off to foreclosure anyway, we have no resolve to this but Bankruptcy and the sad part is the home had no mortgage on it when we inherited it from my Husbands parents. As of this date we are in foreclosure, God help anyone involved with Litton Loan, this is the American Nightmare!!!!!!!!!
