LITTON LOAN SERVICING rip-off! We are on a re-payment plan and they are reporting on my credit report that we haven't made a payment in over 5 months which is untrue. I have all my bank statements to prove it! HOUSTON Texas

I need to get something done about this company and their
credit reportings. We are on a re-payment plan and the company is reporting on my credit that we are way past due for a payment.
Which in fact we are not. We have all our bank statements to prove all of them. They are saying that we are almost 5 months behind, which we are not. Is their anyone or any thing that can help us make it right?

Hi Tim from Kentucky YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and have come to the right place to speak your mind about the fraud that Litton Loan has been forcing on all it's victims. There is so much you can do, one of the first things is review your note and mortgage contract, then check out at the county hall of records how it is recorded and note in particular who owns your note. Remember Litton Loan Servicing LLP is only a servicer, a glorified collection agency and they do not own your mortgage note. One of the many conspirators do. Plus it may be in a Remic, which is a pooling of mortgage backed securities, and more frauds as a result of selling out homes to make more money. You have many rights, demand an accounting of your account with Litton Loan, write a RESPA letter and mail it certified with a receipt. Litton and all the others must notify you within 20 days of receipt, then they still have another 60 days to respond to you. Contact the IRS, call and complain to the Attorney General of Kentucky, also complain to the BBB in Texas and in your state. Talk to Acorn, the NCRC, anyone who will listen. Plus do a search on Litton Loan Servicing, you will find many groups that have suffered the same indignities and fraud that you are enduring, join them. There are sites where you can post your story and search for help. Do a search on issues of predatory servicing, then Litton Loan, any variation and you will be surprised how many of us are involved. Also check out the activity in the Poconos, PA many lenders and servicers are being brought out and looked at finally. Then there is more in Ohio, you have to be informed. Shout and scream, until you lose your voice. Contact newspapers, local channels, tell your story. Get a copy of your credit reports check them out for any misinformation posted by Litton Loan and others. You might find that Litton has already ruined your credit history. Most importantly do not give up, You Are Not Alone In This Fight, and with the strength of all our voices and energy and with God's blessings WE CAN WIN!
