Hi I hope you resolved your problem with Litton. They are ridiculous. Their cust serv. personnell and all the others are trained to lie. Thats how they make their money. I have a ton of lates with Litton reflecting on my credit report that are unjust. I just let the evidence pile up and forward it to my attorneys. You should pay Litton thru other methods like at a western union (quick collect). With just one click of a button, Litton will have your payments and you won't have to wonder what they are doing with your checks. If you are going to continue to mail your payments, you should overnight it..or send it certified mail or even a delivery confirmation. I caught on to their game a long time ago. When you talk to Litton staff, make sure you write down their names, dept, time the call started and the time it ended. Remember you are dealing with scammers and they are professional scammers. I am dead serious with documenting everything. You might even want to purchase a recording device to record conversations just like how they do it. You can check at radio shack for these devices or online. Keep up with receipts, phone calls, etc. It is a job to deal with all of this, but we are dealing with people who aren't very ethical and who have NO morals. I surely do hope this was helpful.
