Yes I did quit my job suddenly, but I spoke with Brian at length about this & he said he would do the same in my position. I spoke with him at length on August 8th, 2012, & he stated for me to call him with an address & he would make sure my check was MAILED TO ME! He also told me on August 11th, 3 DAYS after I quit & left San Antonio, that my check would be mailed to me. I gave him the correct address on that day.
I called & spoke with Brian on the 17th & 18th of August as well, NOT weeks later, verified the address that he said he gave to Lance to mail my check. I was in continual contact with Brian calling every other day when I did not receive check. He laid complete blame on Lance as to why my check wasnt in mail or here already.
I also sent multiple emails to company with 2 addresses my check could be mailed to & left multiple voice mail messages with my concerns & address. For some reason, the company does not answer emails or phone calls, because Brian wont even answer phone anymore.
I cannot come to office to pick up check since I live in Pasadena TX now. I am expecting my check in the mail as promised to the correct address.

This employee quit without notice, then calls weeks later regarding his paycheck which was available on payday again he did not show on this day. His paycheck was sent then returned for invalid address. He is more then welcome to come and pick up his pay check.
We have been in business for over 7 years and have always paid our employees.

Found out the places they work in San Antonio TX are (but not limited to) The Renaissance Apartments, The Ravinia Apartments, Sutter Mills Apartments, and The Remington Apartments. Be nice if these apartment complexes were informed that the landscapers they PAY refuse to pay their employees for a good, hard days work.
