This website 1) Has no way for you speak to someone 2) Makes contacting the via email almost impossible (hard to find email) 3) Ignored my requests for a refund 4) requires you to pay in advance for a psychic they claim is availabe who is NOT available. I tried to contact 8 psychics in a row that were supposed to be available but weren't. After this frustration I didn't want a credit; I wanted a refund. All my requests for this were ignored. Go to PsychicSource.com. I got great results there and staff is readily available by phone.

You are not the only person upset about their poor service even some experts themselves are when they get underpaid because some customers can steal the bank details of someone and then that someone realizes there's money missing and that someone contacts the fraud department to make an investigation, then LIvePerson/Kasamba is forced to give that money back to the rightfull owner but that's not the expert's fault so they should have a better payment system or the experts should feel a vibe beforehand.

I have used this website for three years and I can tell you the numbers of experts there who are the real deal is very few and far in between, I have closed my account completly because I just had enough.

They do have a 72 hour refund policy I never used it but I have heard of people who have and the customer service just gave them automated reply saying they couldn't have it.

In my experience I did write to them once expressing all my concerns and all they gave me was a $50 refund, better than nothing but still not good enough.

Most of their so-called psychics, medums, healers, witches or whatever you wanna call it are frauds, unethical and even unprofessional these phony people are con artists they are very good at sounding authentic with a mixture of your past, present and what you want to hear rather than what you need to hear, Got it it's their trick of the trade.

And I even had some diverting my mind for some unknown reason, I have experienced a lot.
