Living Arts Exotics Fraud and Forgery Palos Park Illinois
Living Arts Exotics has misrepresented their cats with fraudulent health claims forged on to the letterhead of my Veterinary Hospital. In addition, they have provided fraudlulent rabies vaccination certificates as well as forged health certificates. Please be aware that any paperwork provided with their cats from Mill Creek Animal Clinic in Palos Park, IL is fraudulent.
