Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was contacted by this Company in February of 2012 by Steve Davis to advertise with their company.  Even getting my ad generated was a joke. I think it took no lie at least 6 attempts.  And the sad part was it was only a few mistakes.  I asked them to change it and it came back with more mistakes.  I finally get my one copy in the mail. I was told they would mail me out a copy monthly.  I was told that I would be listed on their partner website www.localsavingssearch.com  when I went to that website I was not listed under Bankruptcy in my zip code.  In fact there were NO listings for that service in my zipcode.  I found myself listed under attorneys which can get me in trouble seeing as how I am NOT an attorney!! So after not getting a single phone call and of course getting numerous bills. I make my first payment on May 1 via bank check.  I then don't make another payment.  Today without any notification they take it directly out of my bank account overdrawing my business account.  When I call to complain and tell them I think they are a scam I get hung up on for "yelling" I am sorry but I was still talking when the lady cut me off and proceeded to talk over me.  So then I called back no answer. I try this 6 times and I keep getting disconnected etc. when I get through again she tells me to read my contract. I already have. I did NOT provide any ACH information. That part was blank. I ask them to send me a copy of their contract. Lo and behold its filled out on their end. I threaten them with court for fraud they tell me pay my bills. You know I buy advertising from people assuming they are going to actually do the advertising I am paying them for so I CAN PAY MY BILLS. These people write a contract that basically says in so many words that they can promise you the world in the form of promotions specials etc and then says they can change those deals at any time without notice to you.  So they sold me on TV ad's but I can't prove they were done and even if they weren't they can change their minds anyway per their contract.  They also have you sign an addendum saying that basically you won't go to any of their distribution points and complain because the stores have nothing to do with the contract. So not only can they lie to get you to sign up, but you can't even check to see if they are advertising as stated? This is a RIP-OFF!! I am not done fighting this and would love advice from anyone else who has already tangled with this magazine.
