Living Well Today Magazine Did not deliver magazines Chatsworth, California
Living Well Today magazines was supposed to have their magazines at various srore locations free to the public. We went around to several of the locations where the magazine was supposed to be available. We were told by the store managers they haven't delivered magazines to us in months. When we tried to contact them, we got no answer. We left several messages and even faxed them. They did not respond. Our contract was for quarterly payments. We made the first payment then received another bill in a week. Again, we tried to contact billing, got voice mail with no return calls from the magazine.
They accessed our checking account twice within three days using a drafted paper check, withdrawing money from our account. We reported this to the bank, they investigated and determined it was check fraud. We sent them a certified letter to stop all services and will be contacting our attorney. They replied and said they will pursue collection of the balance due if we do not pay. Stay away from this company. I will check all reviews on potential companies that are not local before I sign any contracts from now on.

This is Bryan from Plum Cafe in New Mexico. I'm trying to reach all the businesses that has been scammed by Living Well Today Magazine so maybe we all do something about it. I have the copy of all the magazines for the last 10 months and so far each business is only advertised once. Please e-mail me at [email protected] so we can all ban together to stop this fraud.
