I went to livingwithadd.com, looking for some help for my son. I found out about the link in a Yahoo chatroom called add support:

1, under the health and wellness category. I ran into a woman who used the screen i.d. , add_queen. I was chatting with several parents about my 9 year old who is out of control, and on Ritalin. I was there to see what kind of effect the Ritalin had on their children, and to share how the drug effects were on my child. Basically to gain a little parental insight on the fact.

Then I started speaking individually, with the Yahoo i.d. add_queen. She started offering me advice, and lectured a bit about the drugs long-term effects in adulthood. She told me that she was a LPN and she had her own website, then posted the link.

I went there and read, I thought I might give the on-line coaching a go. She had me send her $150.00 for a total of 10, two hour long chat ADD coaching sessions. She stressed how much cheaper it was in comparison with a Psychiatrist, who can charge as much as $150.00 per hour.

She said that for children it was somewhat easier to talk on the internet, instead of face-to-face interaction. There wasn't any indication on the website who I was to pay, or how I was to pay for the coaching services.

The next night, she was in the very same chat room under a different Yahoo i.d. She said, "Do you remember me? I'm the one with the website livingwithadd!"

I then asked her how I was to pay for these 10 chat sessions. She said she worked out of her home and to send the cash there. I said cash? She said, "yes," because she had no way to the bank and that her husband was at work all day. She said she was a Christian, and the church was fixing her broken car.

Dumb me! I sent her the cash to an address in Plymouth Mass., and my son never got those chat sessions. She told me to wait for about two days so the money could arrive and then my son and herself would start the sessions.

Day #3: I ask her again in the Yahoo chatroom (listed above) when the sessions would start. I was told by her that the money hadn't arrived.

Day #4 : Again I ask her, "Where is what I've paid for?" She said the money never got there. I told her that I was now thinking I had been ripped off.

Day, and night I e-mailed her, all e-mails were ignored, a reply was never recieved. I sent several letters to the address she had provided me to send the cash to. Same effect, no reply.

I tried to instant message her in the very Yahoo chatroom where I ran across her in the first place. She placed me on what Yahoo calls ignore, where you can ignore all the text and audio from a specific user. I changed my Yahoo i.d. several times trying to get her to type or talk to me, it was to no avail.

Then out of the blue she sent me a message in the main chat room calling me a bitc*, and shouting other profanities at me. I was then at that time threatened by what she called "HER PEOPLE". I asked her, what people? She said that I didn't know who she was connected to and to "WATCH MY BACK". She then went on to tell me that she was mafia-connected and to leave her alone or she'd have me arrested for stalking.

A month after this fiasco began, I started having major computer problems. I couldn't log onto my internet provider. This went on for weeks. I'd call tech support, they couldn't figure it out.

Then again in the Yahoo chatroom she was laughing at me, threatening to "kick me off the net." I finally demanded my ISP to change my user name, and all account info. It cost me another $25 to do this. Tech support told me that when you visit a website your IP address is logged. They said that she might have done it that way.

She continued to threaten me verbally in Yahoo chat, then crossed the line when she threatened my son too. Local police say there's nothing they can do since I sent her cash. I post this to help others read and to not be swindled like my son and I have been.

I hide my identity and location out of fear from this psychotic woman. She harassed me via telephone during the wee hours of the am. I have since moved and had to pay another $25 to have my telephone number non-published. This is the COMPLETE HELL I have went through due to the actions of this so-called web-business. I later find out she has no business license, a bit too late.

This is a dirty, rotten scam!
