A girl called the company I work for, tried to "renew" our "listing" on Google. She asked me to confirm our mailing address, for which she stated all the correct variables, and I responded with "Yes" or "Correct". According to a previous scam report on ripoffreport.com, the user advises that the scam company, LKWD uses spliced recorded audio to create a fake agreement. I presume this is where the "yes" portion of the fake agreement comes from. I started asking more questions after getting suspicious.
I asked how LKWD found our company, she said we were registered with them or something, and that this is to renew/update our listing with them. I inquired further, and only then did she say that this "renewal" was for 2 years and they would charge $659.99. Bogus. An absolute scam. That's when I told her to call me back in 15 minutes, and I asked for a call back number for her, and she said she is calling from an outbound number only. Scam, scam, scam.
