Lloyd Ferrell is a CON ARTIST, he steals money from customers and NEVER delivers, he operates a sign , clock, construction comany and anything else you can think of out of his house. This man promises the world and delivers nothing but LIES, if Lloyd Ferrell crosses your path RUN. He does half a** work when he does do it and it has to be re done by someone who knows what they are doing, he has NO business liense, no licensed electicians, and will smile at you as he STEALS YOUR MONEY.
