So i filed with this company over a month ago, the irs rejected my claim twice because of a simple typo. i went into the office, of course the lady that prepared that taxes was no where to be found but the new lady in the office advised me they resubmitted it 2 times. i stupidly showed them the mistake and informed them i was going to file somewhere else. she said with an attitude that i could do that. gave me all my copies and shredded the rest. i went to cash advance america to re-file (5mins later) and was then told i couldnt refile because it was active. went back to LBS she said no. there is no way that they resent it. so... next morning i go to the IRS and the show me the exact date and time it was resubmitted by LBS and it was not even 5 mins after i walked out the door to go to cash advance to refile. so, with that being said i of course then went back into the office of LBS to confront the women, in which nobody had any kind of dress code (completely unproffesional and trashy) she of course denied everything. i then showed her the paper from IRS proving that she had resubmitted my info not having ANY kind of paperwork or NOTHING! she almost swung on me we had to be seperated : who doesnt get mad when theyve been caught right ? : well anyways, the "general manager" calls the womens cell phone and promises to refund 530$ PREP FEE. all of this was bologna, and nobody was going by their real names and the IRS said that theres nothing i can do about it bc it was already being processed? how is it that when i person committs fraud the IRS can flag it but when a person with a company does it, im just out of luck? thats harsh? so anyways this place is a huge scam. i bet they dont reopen in cocoa florida next year. somebody will have a hole in their face. so my 8,*** return is in the air, and theres nothing i can do? some1 please help!

You can't do anything because you gave consent call me because next year will have to deal with someone you can trust because the Police will not get involved with anything linked to tax fraud. 4079008492
