Loan Retention Firm, Hardship Solutions, or Banks Processing are all a complete rip-off. They will lie about a loan modification having been approved, will take your money and then become unreachable. They will NOT refund your money. Costa Mesa California
Loan Retention Firm claims to be an organization that will help you modify an undesirable mortgage by using available goverment grants and funds. They will go through a full paperwork process and be very accessable (via returning your calls and/or emails) during the process, making it all sem very legitimate. They will then let you know what loan modification they were able to secure. They then take your money (in my case over $3,400), putting you at ese because they show you documents that suggest the modification is all set. They even have mutliple people work with you on the process. But then, when you learn that the entire thing was fabricated, they become unreachable and unresponsive. It is a scam.
