i am warning people that this is someone kust trying to get extra cash and please do not fall for it when closing on a home you will receive everything you need nothing else need to be purchased.absolutley no other paperwork or documents as they stated in this letter.well they did say you are not obligated so dont be fooled,take heed to those wordsand save $89.
