Local Records Office Misleading request asking for payment of $89 for a deed for my home. Pekin Illinois
Received a request for payment of $89 from a organization called "Local Records Office". It appears be related to a deed that issued for our home. in small print it says it is a solicitation, but it is misleading and I'm sure many people pay it. No web address or phone number is included.
